Description:
Develops and leads the creation of all division-wide marketing communications (Marcom), including subscriber acquisition, upgrade and retention advertising, direct mail and collateral materials.  Coordinate with Corporate and Regional Marcom teams to develop and maintain campaign calendars.

Responsibilities:
*  Lead team of managers and coordinators to manage national and divisional marketing campaigns.
*  Collaborate with Marketing Operations team on development of creative strategies supporting Division campaign and marketing communication initiatives.
*  Collaborate with regions to identify creative strategies supporting region specific marketing needs.
*  Collaborate with Corporate Marcom on all national Marcom initiatives to ensure messaging and tactics support West Division business objectives.
*  Maintain positive relationship with Print/Mail Production team to ensure seamless execution of Marcom initiatives.
*  Maintain positive relationship with Database Management team to support execution of targeted communications.
*  Establish and maintain vendor relationships.
*  Communicate Marketing strategies across appropriate channels throughout Division.
*  Responsible for management of Marcom budget.
*  Coordinate with Corporate Marcom and Legal for approval of all Marcom materials.
* Other duties as assigned.
* Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

Requirements:
*  Bachelors Degree (MBA preferred) or equivalent experience.
*  Minimum 3 years experience working in a strategy shaping role in a highly competitive industry.
*  Strong quantitative, financial, communications and presentation skills required.
*  Marketing experience with a national technology-oriented, service business preferred.
*  Experience managing a team and leading high profile initiatives preferred.
*  Experience with cable TV technologies and operations a plus.
*  Experience in corporate and field roles a plus.
*  Prior P&L responsibility a plus.
