Colorado Springs, CO (December 1, 2009) — Old Colorado City invites you to attend our annual Breakfast with Santa featuring Santa Claus, entertainment, Ice Sculpting and fire fighters from Colorado Springs Fire Dept., on December 12th from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Thunder and Buttons located on 2415 W. Colorado Ave across the street from Bancroft Park.
The Breakfast with Santa will be open to kids off all ages as well as adults. The cost is $3 for children and $5 for adults. The food will be specially prepared by Diane and her staff at Thunder and Buttons. There will be treats and toys handed out by Santa to all the children as well as arts & crafts opportunities.
The Breakfast will immediately be followed with a Free Photo with Santa session at Santa’s Cabin located in Bancroft Park. Santa Claus will be on hand in his cabin in Bancroft Park to greet children and adults alike with photos available free to all children.
“This event is always a great treat for children of all ages,” says Diane Dimbat of Thunder & Buttons. “Parents are always looking for the best, most affordable and fun place for their families to spend the holidays. This year, Old Colorado City has it all with Santa, entertainment and shopping for all in the family.
There will also be an Ice Sculpting Special Preview by William Sandusky of Frozen Assets Ice Company who will provide the ice sculpting for the upcoming January’s ICE ON THE AVENUE in Old Colorado City. William will be carving ice in front of Thunder & Buttons during the Breakfast with Santa.
